Round Sister Limoges Box by Rochard

Some words carry a whole childhood of shared bedrooms, borrowed sweaters and late-night talks, and Sister is one of them. Rochard sets that word on a round, hand-painted porcelain Limoges box made in Limoges, France.

Sisters Through Every Season

The round form is one of the oldest and most recognizable Limoges shapes, and it lets the dedication stand out without distraction. Rochard paints each box by hand, so the lettering and color have the small, living differences that machine printing never gives.

Moments Worth Marking

A sister's birthday is the obvious occasion, but this box suits plenty of others: the morning of her wedding, a move to a new city, a graduation, or the day she becomes a mother herself. Older sisters give it to younger ones, younger ones give it back years later, and many end up on a nightstand or bathroom vanity where it is seen every day. It also works as a quiet thank-you from a bridesmaid to the maid of honor.
