Beef Relief Seasoning

Meat Therapy was cooked up in Texas while I was coping with the transition from Army to civilian life. While struggling with Pos Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), my love for barbecue and bourbon helped me heal as I poured myself into grilling, smoking, concocting and experimenting with rubs. Throughout this journey, I truly discovered relief through beef. It's an incredible feeling to be able to take a piece of meat and create something beautiful and delicious for friends and family to enjoy. That's what it's all about, that's what brings me joy!

Ingredients: Salt, black pepper, monosodium glutamate, dehydrated garlic, dehydrated onion, parsley, sugar, spices(including paprika, chili pepper, tumeric), corn starch, natural flavor, extractives of paprika and not more than 2% soybean oil added as a processing aid.
